Omnipollo: Maz Can 5.6% [330ml]

They say "Maz is my take on a thinker's beer. Rather than being big and un-decipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped ale of judicious ABV - an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will. In fact, so extra special that it snatched a gold medal at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2013. In November 2014 we doubled the hop bill."

We say "A stalwart amongst Omnipollo's core range and now available in can form; Maz (formerly Mazarin) is a blend of fruity and piney hop flavours. There are heaps of juicy fruity hops which lend sweetness alongside a slightly over-ripe mango and citric twang, all balanced by resinous piney bitterness. A juicy pale ale, great for when you are looking for something in between a session beer and an IPA."
