As a small brewery in Spain, BIIR produce a few lambic inspired beers alongside a variety of IPAs. Gunther Bensch of BIIR brewery, has worked around lambic for many years, previously representing Girardin at beer festivals, and created the first Lambic-Tripel blend at the brewery Dilewyns. The philosophy around BIIR is beer as a uniting force around the world, a social ritual that goes far beyond the need of hydration. They are driven by a passion to brew high quality, honest and innovative beers in collaboration with other brewers from all around the world, who share the same ethos.
