Brewery To Øl

To Øl is a gypsy brewery who revel in the challenge and experience of producing at breweries, allowing them to develop new approaches. Founded by Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen, they wanted to challenge the traditional Copenhagen beer industry, which focused on how long the beer had been produced for rather than the quality of the drink. In 2016 Tobias Emil Jensen stepped out of To Øl to work on other projects. To Øl specialises in potent beers, packed with flavour and character. With a belief in quality over quantity, they constantly tweak and refine their seasonal recipes. They are a brewery who produce World Class beer through scientific experimentation and creative inspiration.
