They say "We took a traditional Belgian table beer and banged around as much Mosaic hops as we possibly could in both the kettle and dry hopping, finally fermenting it with Brettanomyces Custersianus. This yeast combined with the Mosaic hops produces a much fruitier characteristic than your traditional funky Brett beers, all in all giving a refreshing, tropical fruit table beer fit for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
We say "Beginning sweet with malts and fruity from hops, we liken the sweetness to a bit like a Werther's Original with the caramel and creaminess found in this beer. Finishing with fruit and bitter hop flavours."
